Ryohei: Because Goku and Kougaiji have a friendly rivalry and they fight! Besides, you're the shortest...
Raphael: Wait...do we have to fight?
Ryohei: Sure! If I win, I get to kiss you!
Raphael: ...I'm gonna kill you.

Story:
After coloring this (not once, not twice, but 3 times! UUUURGH!!) and having GIMP go gimpy on me and freeze without letting me save, I decided "Fine. Screw you, computer."

So I gave up that night and figured I'd just finish it later, post it on Nine's birthday and all would be peachy.

EXCEPT I WAS ALMOST LATE ON MY TAXES AND WORKED A HELLUVA LOT.

So I worry I may never meet a deadline in my life, but damn it all I had to give this to her...

Happy late birthday Nine.
I'll recolor it later for you.
